Cranial-sacral therapy emphasizes the effect of the flow of cerebrospinal fluid on the movement of the cranium and spine. During the treatment, bones and tissues return to their original positions. These movements can be analyzed by sensitive fingers held on each side of the head, on the sacrum, or limbs. Students will learn to recognize normal and abnormal movement and will learn a sequence of movements designed to normalize cranial-sacral movement, as well as indications and contraindications.

Requirements for completion: Instructor evaluation of the techniques learned and completion of all course hours. Pass/Fail
